THEY CHANGED THE FORMULA. Some time between my last tub of this in 2020, and now they’ve changed the formula for this product… resulting in a gross new flavor. I’ve been loyally buying this stuff since 2016 and I’ve been an avid user of this and I’ve even recommended it to some friends over the years. I used to use a different brand but once my gf at the time had me try this I was hooked and never went back. But now with this most recent change I’ll be looking for anything else. On sunday I had two scoops left of my old tub of this stuff, and then yesterday was my first bottle of the new stuff. It was so gross it had me checking the bottle to see if I had gotten the wrong product… it was awful. Turns out I did get the right product, they just changed it. The new stuff tastes like tootsie rolls. This is okay for a 17 dollar tub of walmart protein but for something costing 62 dollars I cannot stand for this. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I”m going to contact GNC about this because I’m seriously upset, I’ll edit this review if they remedy the situation but so far I am a loyal customer who has been turned off of the product. This stuff is gross, do yourself a favor and buy anything else!

Solid Formula but Overhyped Claims. I chose this protein powder for its rich formula, and taking it twice a day easily meets my daily needs. It mixes well with water, but when I added it to a fruit and milk smoothie, it foamed up and completely ruined the texture—something I never experienced with other brands.The packaging boldly claims a 30% muscle gain in 8 weeks, but the placebo group apparently saw almost 25% growth, making the actual difference pretty minor. Using such marketing tactics feels unnecessary and honestly undermines trust in the brand. Despite that, the product itself is solid and does the job.

Always get sent wrong flavor. This stuff is amazing. I will not be ordering it from here anymore. I hate chocolate flavor. This is the second time ordering strawberry and getting chocolate. I did not return because I was already out by the time the received it

Initial weeks dramatic results but eventually results slow down. I did notice a noticable reduction in belly fat for the first three weeks of using the Ripped protein powder. However by the fourth week the fat burning slowed down significantly. Stubborn belly fat is holding on. I’m still recommending it because thankfully the fat I did burn off isn’t returning.

Taste like Banana Pudding. I’ve tasted my fair share of protein powders and very picky when it comes to flavors and after taste of it. I will say the Banana Shake flavor is by far my favorite. My son said to try it with milk instead of water, which is how I typically make my protein shakes. It makes a difference switching out the water for milk. I’m someone who does not like the smell or taste of milk so I used unsweetened Almond milk instead and it was amazing. Taste just like banana pudding. I highly recommend.
